Zero Tolerance Policy

Purpose: This Zero Tolerance Policy is established to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all individuals. The organization maintains a strict policy against any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or rights of others.

Policy Statement: NBYA has a zero tolerance policy toward the following behaviors:

  • Violence or threats of violence 
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind (including sexual, racial, or religious) 
  • Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons 
  • Theft, fraud, or deliberate damage to property 
  • Any behavior that violates local, state, or federal law while on company/school property or during official activities 

Enforcement: Violations of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment / expulsion / legal action, as applicable. No exceptions will be made, regardless of intent or prior conduct.

Reporting: All individuals are encouraged to report violations without fear of retaliation. Reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
