From new sailing organizations to a calendar packed with social mixers and skill-building classes, the community for women sailors is growing faster than ever. NBYA is leaning into this movement by making it easier for racers, cruisers, and students to get involved. We’ve updated our website with a few new tools to help you navigate the scene: - A Dedicated Hub: A new [webpage highlighting all things women’s sailing](https://nbya.org/womens-sailing). - The Event Map: A specialized [map & calendar](https://nbya.org/womens-sailing) to keep track of races and gatherings across the Bay. - Community Connections: Growing details on how to [join emerging local women's groups](https://nbya.org/womens-sailing). Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just finding your sea legs, we encourage you (and your sailing partners of all genders!) to dive into these resources. Let’s make 2026 and beyond a great time to be out on the Bay.
