### NBYA's 2026 Annual Meeting of Delegates will be on November 19th at 6pm at the East Greenwich Yacht Club.

At this meeting, member organizations and their delegates will vote to approved updates to the By-Laws. Executive Board Committees will present reports about the work NBYA has done this past year and what our plans our for moving into 2027. Committees presenting reports will include Cruising Class, Women's Sailing, Junior Sailing, Publications and Communications, Appeals, and US Sailing. 

Here is the agenda:

1\) Roll Call, Cheryl Rienzo  
2\) President’s Report, Mike Zani  
3\) Minutes of the Previous Meeting – Annual Meeting 6 Nov 2025  
4\) Financial Report, David Schwartz  
5\) Committee Reports  
         a. Cruising Class Committee, Robyn Earley  
         b. Women’s Sailing Representative, Barbara Petrocelli  
         c. Junior Committee, Nick Ewenson/Paige Chafee  
         d. Publications/Communications Committee, Buster Pike/Paige Chafee  
         e. Appeals Committee, John Mooney  
         f. US Sailing Representative, Matt Hill  
6\) Old Business – none from previous Annual Meeting  
7\) Nominating Committee Presentation, Bruce Chafee  
         a. Election of Officers by Representatives of Member Yacht Clubs, Cheryl Rienzo

#### We encourage all of our members to reach out to their club leadership to ensure that your club is sending a delegate. We want all of our member clubs to have their voices heard. Non-delegates are welcome to join, as well.
