Overview
Below are two lists: NBYA Regattas and other races that are held in the Narragansett Bay region, managed by different organizers. These lists show which events qualify for the NBYA Boat of the Year trophy (BOTY), and the Ron Carr Memorial One Design trophy (CARR).
All members of NBYA are automatically enrolled in the BOTY series. However,no race will count if the skipper is not a member of NBYA prior to the start of the race. Members of NBYA who do not want a qualifying race to count even if they are competing in it must notify NBYA at least three days prior to the event.
